Hi, we're Farah and Joe, the founders of Waggin' Taxi.

As lifelong dog lovers and proud pet parents, we know that pets are so much more than animals—they're family. Their loyalty, unconditional love, and companionship inspire everything we do.

Waggin' Taxi was born from our own experience balancing busy careers, raising three children, and caring for our dogs. We often found ourselves juggling veterinary appointments, grooming visits, daycare drop-offs, and everything in between. We realized there had to be an easier way—not only for our family, but for so many other pet owners facing the same challenges.

As we developed Waggin' Taxi, we recognized another important need within our community. Many seniors, residents of independent and assisted living communities, individuals recovering from illness or surgery, and busy families deeply love their pets but may need a helping hand getting them to the care they deserve.

That's why we created Waggin' Taxi—to provide dependable, private pet transportation that gives pet owners peace of mind while ensuring every ride is calm, comfortable, and personalized.

Every Waggin' Taxi trip is dedicated to one household at a time. We never combine pets from different families, allowing each pet to enjoy a safe, low-stress experience with the individualized care they deserve.
